Keep your look understated with this small and thin cartilage hoop earring. This simple and easy to wear endless cartilage hoop is made in your choice of gauge and inner diameter size. Can also be worn as a helix, daith or rook hoop. Available in quality Sterling Silver, 14k Gold Filled or 14k Rose Gold Filled. Sold as a single hoop.

Gauge sizes (wire hoop thickness) range from thick to ultra thin to include 20 gauge (standard), 22 gauge (thin), 24 gauge (thinner) and 26 gauge (our thinnest and most delicate hoop for a "barely there" look).

Inner Diameter size ranges in millimeters from 4mm (tiny), 5mm (super small), 6mm (extra small), 7mm (small), 8mm (medium), 9mm to 10mm (large).

The size of the hoop needed will vary from person to person. Please measure for the right fit.

How To Measure:

For sizing, it's best to measure the distance between the piercing hole and the edge of the ear (inner diameter) where the bottom or edge of the hoop would rest. This would also apply to a nose piercing.

To Open: Gently twist the ends in the opposite direction at the same time to open and close. Avoid pulling the hoop open, as this causes the hoop to lose its shape.
