Payments by credit cards are accepted and processed by PayPal. Your items will be shipped after payment has been received. Pending order transactions will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
For security purposes, PayPal handles all payment transaction details.

Due to the handmade nature of our items, orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order. If you contact us after 24 hours, and processing / production of your order has started, your order cannot be cancelled.
For buyers in Louisiana, the state sales tax rate of 5% will be charged.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
Returns are accepted on unworn, unaltered items in their original condition and packaging.

- Once your order has been approved for a return, please pack your item(s) carefully to avoid damage during shipping, and include the order invoice for reference, along with the original packaging.
- Returns can be sent by USPS Mail. Tracking is optional; however, it is recommended to guarantee successful delivery of your return.
- After your order has been received and processed, a refund for the purchase amount (minus the cost of shipping) will be issued.

>> EXCHANGES / REPAIRS / ALTERATIONS:
Please contact us if you would like to exchange your item for an alternate size or color. If you need your item altered or length adjusted, a small fee may be applied. A shipping fee will be applied in order to have the reworked item shipped back to you.
>> DAMAGED ORDER
In certain situations, such as if the item is damaged during delivery, you MUST contact me through Etsy within 7 days of receiving your order before any refund or exchange can be approved.
>> MIS-DELIVERED / LOST ORDER
I cannot be responsible if your order:
- Is Lost or stolen by mail, even though the tracking status says 'Delivered'.
- Took longer to receive due to mail carrier processing delays.
> All orders include a tracking number for reference. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the shipping status of their order for delivery.
> If an order was found to be mis-delivered, even though the tracking information says 'Delivered,' the buyer must contact their local mail carrier service to locate their package. A lost or mis-delivered mail claim may be filed with USPS. Stolen mail claims may be filed with local law enforcement.
